Is the early-order thank-you for any size order?

Yes. It is for any corporate order. The Sweet Tooth takes holiday orders of any size.

Your recipient list

How do I give you my recipient list?

Download our spreadsheet, fill it in and email it to gifts@thesweettooth.com.

Can I use my own spreadsheet?

Please use our spreadsheet. Its headings stay the same, and you choose each gift from a drop-down list, so every gift goes to the right person.

Why does Excel show Protected View when I open the spreadsheet?

Excel does this with any file downloaded from the internet. Click Enable Editing at the top, then enter your recipients.

What information do I need for each recipient?

First name, last name and the complete delivery address: street, city, state and ZIP code. Company name and phone number are helpful for delivery.

How many recipients can I add to one order?

As many as you need.

Can I send different gifts to different recipients?

Yes. You can choose a gift for each recipient.

Gifts

Can I add our company logo?

Yes. Add logo bars to your order and one goes with every basket or tray. Email your logo to gifts@thesweettooth.com.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes. Each gift includes a gift message card. You can write one message for every recipient, or a different message for each.

Delivery and shipping

How do I choose when my gifts are delivered?

Choose your delivery date when you order. Local deliveries are made within a 3-business-day window of the date you select. For shipped gifts, the date you choose is the day your gift leaves our store.

What is local delivery?

Local delivery means your gift is hand-delivered by our own team of delivery drivers, not shipped by a carrier.

How far do you deliver?

We hand-deliver across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Gifts going anywhere else in the United States are shipped by UPS.

How are shipped gifts sent?

Shipped gifts are professionally packaged and sent by UPS, with our no-melt guarantee.

Can a recipient pick up their gift at your store?

Yes. Choose store pickup for that recipient when you order. Our store is at 18435 NE 19th Ave, North Miami Beach.

Payment

What payment forms do you accept?

Credit card, bank transfer (ACH), Zelle and check.

When do I pay?

You choose how to pay when you place your order. We begin making your gifts once payment is received.
