Every order ships in insulated packaging with frozen ice packs included free, and during summer we only offer shipping speeds that arrive within 2 days — so your chocolate never sits in the heat.

The Sweet Tooth ships to all 50 states from our North Miami Beach chocolate factory. You choose your delivery speed at checkout — including next-day shipping — and orders placed before 2 PM EST can ship the same day. And if your recipient is in South Florida, within 50 miles of our store, we offer hand delivery through our own local delivery team.

Yes — order by 2 PM EST and our own delivery team brings your gift the same day across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Same-day delivery runs Monday through Friday and on Sundays.

Yes — you can request delivery before or after a certain time when you place your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate it. We can't promise an exact time like 3:00 PM: our drivers cover a large area across South Florida, and timing depends on the day's route and traffic. If no time is requested, your gift can arrive any time during the delivery day. The earlier you let us know, the better the chance we can work it in — and for time-sensitive requests on delivery day, you can text or call our delivery manager Katie directly at 305-994-4070.

Yes — Sunday delivery is available across our local delivery area. Order by 2 PM for same-day Sunday delivery, or schedule your Sunday delivery in advance when you place your order.

Of course — pickup is easy and free. Choose “Store Pickup” and your pickup day at checkout, and your order will be ready and waiting at 18435 NE 19th Ave, North Miami Beach. We're here from 10:00 to 5:00.

Chocolate-dipped Oreos and pretzels stay fresh 2–3 weeks, and Dubai Chocolate about 2 weeks. Candy apples are made with fresh fruit, and anything perishable is at its very best the sooner you enjoy it — they'll keep for 2–3 days, but for the best experience, dig in the day they arrive. Keep everything in a cool, dry spot.

Freshly crafted truffles made with a traditional dairy ganache stay fresh for 2–3 weeks. Because premium ganache relies on fresh ingredients rather than heavy preservatives, keep truffles in an airtight container in a cool, dry spot away from strong odors, and serve them at room temperature so the centers keep their melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Chocolate is happiest in a cool, dry spot out of direct sunlight — room temperature up to 73°F is perfect, no refrigerator needed. A pantry or cupboard is all it takes.

Yes — every product we make is certified by Kosher Miami, and the factory has operated under strict rabbinical supervision since 1979, with a mashgiach overseeing production. Dairy and parve production are kept fully separate.

Parve means made with no meat and no dairy — under kosher dietary law, parve chocolate may be eaten after any meal, including a meat meal. We treat that standard with absolute seriousness. Our parve chocolates are produced in a dedicated parve room, on equipment that never touches dairy, under the supervision of a mashgiach who inspects the facility multiple times each week. Every product we make is stickered Dairy or Parve, and every basket is tagged the same way — so an observant family knows exactly what they're receiving.

You'll never have to guess — every single product we make carries a sticker, no exceptions, marked either Dairy or Parve, and every basket is tagged the same way. We operate under strict kosher certification guidelines with zero gray area: dairy and parve are made in separate rooms and never combined in the same gift. Our Pecan Pralines, Mucho Gusto Munch, Dubai Chocolate Gold Bars, brownies, and all of our cookies are dairy and can't be made parve.

Yes — we carry vegan options, including our gluten-free and vegan Dubai chocolate bar, and every vegan item is clearly labeled. Ask when you order and we'll walk you through the current vegan lineup.

Yes — gluten-free is one of our specialties, made in a completely separate room with extra care taken at every step. The lineup runs deep: gluten-free chocolate-dipped Oreos, gluten-free chocolate-dipped pretzels, gluten-free Rice Krispie treats, gluten-free pecan pralines, and a gluten-free Dubai chocolate bar — and most of our truffles are naturally gluten-free. One honest note: we're not a certified gluten-free facility, so trace cross-contamination is always possible — if you have celiac disease, we recommend against it.

Yes — and it's surprising how delicious our sugar-free chocolate is. Most customers tell us they can't taste the difference from regular. We make it in two varieties: sugar-free milk chocolate pieces and sugar-free milk chocolate cashew.

Yes — we print logos, photos, and custom designs on chocolate bars, chocolate-dipped Oreos, chocolate business cards, and pretzels. Custom logo bars start at 25 pieces, and custom logo Oreos start with our 12-pack custom Oreo box. Popular for corporate gifts, weddings, and bar/bat mitzvahs.
