Orders start coming in about three weeks before the holiday, and the hand-delivery schedule fills up inside that window. For shipping, any time in the week before arrives in good shape.

Orders for a host and orders for your own table look about the same, with one difference. People ordering for themselves use the special instructions box more, usually to ask for extra of the one thing the grandchildren empty first.
