📦 Shipping & Delivery
1. Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — we ship to all 50 states with insulated liners, ice packs, and protective wrapping when needed. View shipping details →
2. Is the date I pick at checkout the day my order arrives?
No — the date you select is your SHIP DATE, the day we send your order from our North Miami Beach factory. It is not the delivery date. Most orders arrive 1–3 business days after the ship date, depending on your location and the shipping speed selected at checkout.

3. Do you deliver locally across Miami-Dade?
Yes. Same-day delivery covers North Miami Beach, Aventura, Sunny Isles, Miami Shores, Bal Harbour, and Miami Beach. We also deliver same day to Broward County. Check local delivery areas →
4. Can I pick up my order at your store?

7. What flavors come in the gift baskets?
All dairy baskets include a chef's selection with a mix of dark, milk, and white chocolates — chocolate-dipped Oreos and pretzels, seasonal truffles from 26+ rotating flavors, graham crackers, tea biscuits, handmade bark, and chocolate-covered dried fruit. 8. How long do your products stay fresh?
- Candy apples: 1 week at room temp, 2.5 weeks refrigerated
- Chocolate bars & truffles: 4–12 weeks in cool, dry place
- Dubai Chocolate: Up to 3 weeks
- Dipped treats: 2–3 weeks

9. Do you have vegan or dairy-free chocolate?
Yes — we have an extensive vegan/parve selection made in a dedicated separate room with no dairy ingredients or cross-contact. Most truffles, all chocolate-covered fruits, and many specialty items are available in parve dark chocolate. See all vegan/parve options →
10. Are your chocolates gluten-free?
Most of our chocolates are naturally gluten-free, including all truffles and chocolate-covered fruits. We also offer gluten-free pretzels and Oreos from our gluten-free menu. Please note: We are not a certified gluten-free facility and products are made in a facility that also processes wheat.
11. Are your products kosher certified?

12. Can I customize products for my event?
Absolutely. We customize gift baskets, add personalized messages, create custom chocolate molds (logos, initials, shapes), offer custom packaging for weddings and events, and accommodate dietary preferences. Request a custom quote →
13. Do you make custom candy apples or Oreos for weddings and mitzvahs?
Yes. We design personalized candy apples and chocolate-dipped Oreos for weddings, bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, and party favors.
14. How do you handle dietary cross-contamination?
We use separate prep areas and equipment for dairy and parve products. Everything is rabbinically supervised to ensure strict separation and compliance.

15. What is the minimum order for custom corporate chocolate gifts?
Custom branded chocolate gifts start at 25 units for logo Oreos and corporate truffles. Candy apples and bespoke chocolate bars start at 10 units.
16. Can you put my company logo on chocolate?
Yes. We create custom logo chocolate bars, branded Oreos, personalized ribbons, custom boxes, and cards for companies throughout North Miami Beach, Aventura, Brickell, and Miami-Dade.
17. Do you allow shipping to multiple addresses for corporate orders?
Yes. We handle multi-location corporate gifting, shipping to dozens or hundreds of recipients with personalized notes, individual packing slips, and coordinated delivery schedules across the country.
18. How fast can you complete large custom chocolate orders?
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Expedited service is available in 3–5 days for urgent corporate orders.
19. Can you handle chocolate for 200+ employee appreciation events?

20. Do you offer private label chocolate manufacturing?

21. Can I sell The Sweet Tooth products under my own brand?
Yes. Our private label program allows you to rebrand our handmade truffles, Dubai Chocolate, bark, and other confections with your company name, logo, and custom packaging — all produced in our certified Miami factory.

22. Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery for Shiva baskets?

Parve chocolate is recommended, as it accommodates all dietary restrictions. We offer parve truffles, bark, and gift platters prepared under strict supervision.
24. Are new baby gift baskets appropriate for Brit Milah or naming ceremonies?
Yes. All new baby gift baskets are popular for Brit Milah, Bris, and naming ceremonies, with delivery throughout North Miami Beach, Aventura, and Miami.
