How does The Sweet Tooth ship chocolate without it melting?
Every nationwide order ships UPS in temperature-controlled packaging and arrives in 2 days. Each gift is packed at our North Miami Beach factory the day it ships, so handmade chocolate that survives a Florida summer arrives in perfect condition anywhere in the country.
Can I get a chocolate gift delivered the same day in Miami?
Yes. Order by 2 PM EST and The Sweet Tooth delivers the same day throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Same-day service is local to South Florida only; everywhere else in the U.S. receives 2-day temperature-controlled UPS shipping.
Where does The Sweet Tooth ship?
The Sweet Tooth ships anywhere in the United States from our North Miami Beach factory — we do not ship internationally. Every nationwide order travels via 2-day temperature-controlled UPS so handmade chocolate arrives in perfect condition coast to coast.
What does parve mean?
Parve means a food contains no meat and no dairy, so under kosher law it can be enjoyed after any meal. Every Sweet Tooth basket is available in dairy or parve versions. Note: parve does not mean gluten-free — items like pretzels and graham crackers contain gluten.
How long does handmade chocolate stay fresh?
Handmade chocolate and confections from The Sweet Tooth stay fresh for weeks when kept cool and dry — they're made to be gifted, displayed, and enjoyed over time. The one exception is fresh chocolate-dipped fruit, which is perishable and should be refrigerated and enjoyed quickly.
How much do chocolate gifts cost at The Sweet Tooth?
Gifts range from $3 single treats to showpieces like the $850 Chocolate Rose Statement Basket. Build-your-own gift baskets run $69 to $629 across eight sizes, with the Supreme as the largest. Occasion baskets like the Birthday Chocolate Gift Basket are $109.
Can I visit The Sweet Tooth in person?
Yes. Our 5,200 sq ft chocolate factory and retail shop at 18435 NE 19th Ave, North Miami Beach, FL 33179 welcomes walk-in customers. You can watch confections being made on site and shop the full range of handmade chocolates, the same way locals have since 1979.
Is a card included with my gift?
Yes. Every Sweet Tooth gift includes a printed gift message card at no charge — add your note at checkout and we print it on a card that travels with the gift, whether it's delivered across Miami or shipped across the country.
