Under Kosher supervision of Kosher Miami. Products available in Kosher dairy and parve.

If your product arrived damaged you must notify us and provide photographs within 48 hours in order to be eligible for compensation.  If the product has been consumed, we will assume that it was acceptable and will not provide refunds. We are not responsible for storage conditions after the product has been delivered. Remember that quality chocolate can melt rapidly, especially in the Florida sun. For orders above $100, you may also be required to permit FedEx, or an alternative shipper if used, or our representative to inspect the damaged packages.  At our option, we will (a) issue you a merchandise credit or (b) ship you an identical replacement product. Any exceptions to this policy must be documented in an email from us.
