Questions

When will they get the e-gift card?

The Sweet Tooth emails the e-gift card, with your note, on the day you pick. Leave the day blank and it goes out right after you check out. You also get a receipt that says who it went to, or the day it is set to send.

Can I print the e-gift card and give it in person?

Yes, just pick "Send it to me" and The Sweet Tooth emails the e-gift card to you instead of them. Open the card from that email and print it. The printed card shows the gift card code they need to use it.

Can they use the e-gift card in your store, or only online?

The Sweet Tooth e-gift card works both ways: on thesweettooth.com and in our shop at 18435 NE 19th Ave, North Miami Beach. They can use it on gift baskets, truffles, chocolate-dipped treats and more.

Does The Sweet Tooth gift card expire?

The Sweet Tooth gift cards never expire, so there is no rush to use them. Whatever they don't spend stays on the card for next time. They can check the balance any time from the link in their email.
