Corporate Holiday Gifting Guide 2026: Gift Baskets for Employees, Offices and Clients

The short answer: for a corporate holiday gift, pick one standard gift for most of your list and one bigger gift for your most important offices. Per person is the price divided by the serving range on the product page, rounded to the dollar. The largest baskets, from the Jumbo Rectangle up, come to about $9 to $11 per person, and bigger baskets hold more variety, not just more of the same.

How are employee gifts different from client gifts?

Employee gifts thank the people inside your company, so fairness matters most: everyone at the same level should get the same thing. Send one gift per person, or one shared basket per department sized from the team table above.

What did a 451-basket corporate order look like?

Last December one company sent 451 of our baskets to its holiday list. It picked one standard gift for most people and a bigger one for its key offices:

How do you send corporate gifts to a whole list?

1. Count people per address, not names. Five people at one office can share one basket. That changes the size you need.
2. Pick a standard gift and a top gift. Two choices keep a big order simple.
3. Get full office addresses. Include the company name, suite or floor, and the person's name for every office delivery.
4. Choose dairy or vegan/parve. Every gift in the team-size table comes both ways. The vegan/parve version is dark chocolate only.
5. Decide on branding. We match ribbons and bows to your company colors. Logo items need 5 to 7 business days.

When should you order corporate holiday gifts in 2026?

Order once your list is final, and pick each date at checkout, as far ahead as you like. For local delivery, that is the day it arrives. For a shipped gift, it is the day the gift leaves us. Here are the 2026 dates to plan around:

In South Florida, order before 2 in the afternoon and we'll deliver the same day anywhere in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach. Local deliveries run on Sundays too, but not Saturdays. Everywhere else, we ship, and ground shipping takes 3 to 5 business days, so pick a ship date that leaves room before the holiday. Are the gifts kosher, dairy-free or vegan?

Every gift in the team-size table comes in dairy or vegan/parve, and everything we make is Kosher Miami certified. That lets one gift work for a whole list, including people who keep kosher or avoid dairy.
